Deliveries are made within Italy and overseas by DHL courier. Delivery times during Sales and promotions periods could be delayed due to high volume of orders. In Italy products shall be delivered to the address indicated by the customer within 1-2 working days. For the islands and Calabria, we estimate that one additional working day will be necessary.
Within the countries of the European Union delivery shall take place within 10-14 working days.
In all other countries, delivery shall take place within 21 working days.
Times may be longer for deliveries to countries which require customs clearance procedures, as Staganova has no control over this.
In any case, deliveries shall be made no later than 30 days after purchase.
Customers can always view the status of their delivery using the tracking details sent by the courier, whom they should also contact for any further information on delivery times and methods.
